1. you can buy them from hottopic, sally beauty, or from salons (like tgif, or maybe tony&guy). if you wanted to make them crazy though, youd have to dye them yourself. dotn get coontails plz, they dont accentuate anything and make you look like a retarded racoon/ugly-fake-scene girl.
