why does my i pod touch have a weird burn or negative look to it when i watch youtube videos?

Yesterday i went to go watch a video on youtube off my t-pod touch and noticed this. Any video has like a Negative effect around everything. http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=jsfvxi&s=4 thats a picture i took of it.
