Why is veoh being so stupid by reduceing videos to 5 min previews?

It has reduced all videos to only a 5 minute preveiw. Why would they do that? The only way to watch it is to download the stupid veohtv crap, so why would they do that? It is retarded it used to be so great... Some people can't even download stuff so why do this? Well can someone answer me...

1. I dont really know im guessing to slow down traffic and have you use the veoh tv player. So if a video is over 5min that means eith you download it or use it in the player
2. either so you have to download it, save space on they're website or same reason youtube reduced there's to 10 minutes each. they don't want to be sued for some one putting a full length copyrighted show on there website.
3. veoh tv is a very good thing i have been using it for 3 months and its free and if you have veoh tv you don't have to download it you can choose to watch it on veohtv but you don't have to download it you just watch it on veoh tv if you download veoh tv you will be pleasantly surprised once you get veoh tv you will love it
