How do I get more views on youtube videos?

I don't care about subscribers, how do I get views on my youtube videos without adding weird tags?

1. you can post your video on other ppl's video's usually the videos similar to what yours is about. I know if im watching someone's video and I see something that looks interesting in the video post space I will watch them. Also try emailing ppl invites to your page where they can view all your video's good luck!
2. A combination of things contribute to views. 1) Use tags, but use appropriate ones to your video. They will help in keyword searches. 2) Use the same key terms in your Title, description and tags and they will appear high up the list in search results for that video 3) If you're going for a viral video, your content needs to be either something very unique, something that took a lot of time to create, and/or something specifically about an issue that affects your target audience. For example to get featured on YouTube, make a video *about* YouTube. It's no accident that gir2007 has been featured 5 times on the homepage. His stop motion animations are unique and original, take him hours of time, and are specifically about YouTube. Of course, if you're going for getting featured, never use copyrighted material in your videos. 4) YouTube is all about connections. In order to get your videos seen, you need people to watch them. To get the people, connect with them. Some of the ways you can connect your account and videos to other accounts are.. a) Subscribing to other people b) Inviting people who comment on your videos to subscribe to you c) Responding to comments d) Responding to messages e) Linking every video you have with at least 2 other videos by making it a video response, and inviting video responses f) Leaving comments on other users' videos g) Leaving comments on other users' channels h) Sending messages to other users to introduce yourself and comment on theirs Getting views on YouTube is just like making friends in the real world.
